Welcome to the website of the Shangri-La Gardens Residents Association (SLGRA).

Shangri-La Gardens is one of Gulf Harbour’s most established residential areas and comprises 63 plots in either Cascaden Road, Serene Place or Gulf Harbour Drive.

The owners of these properties form the membership of Shangri-La Gardens Residents Association (SLGRA) and through this body we successfully manage our communally-owned assets, which include:

• Solar heated outdoor swimming pool
• Tennis court / basketball hoop
• Clubhouse (with kitchen and bar)
• BBQ area
• Children's playground
• Trailer
  

Our secure (electronically guarded) facilities are only open to SLGRA members/tenants and their accompanied guests.

The aim of this site is to support open communication with our members and to provide a central point of reference for anybody who is looking to buy or rent in Shangri-La Gardens.
